Current Forklift Licence. The Duties: Reporting to the Production Manager, duties will include, although not be limited to, the following: Assist with the commissioning stage of the nut flour processing plant. Develop maintenance planning strategies and schedules. Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of all plant equipment. Supervise and operate the nut flour plant or the crushing plant and oil refinery as required. Achieve optimal yields, outputs and throughputs while ensuring product quality. Lead and supervise direct reports, prepare rosters and monitor staff productivity. Action and monitor staff training and records. Maintain compliance with all QA & WHS standards. Assist with other factory tasks such as goods receivable, loading, general forklift operations, cleaning and tidying.
