Property Manager (Residential Only) Location: Melbourne CBD Our client is a prestigious property development company specializing in luxury high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD. They currently manage 100 premium residential apartments and are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Residential Property Manager to join their team. Position Overview As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of 100 residential apartments. You will be expected to take the initiative, interact effectively with tenants, and deliver high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Residential Property Management Manage all aspects of residential property leasing, including tenant inquiries, maintenance coordination, and rent collection. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Respond promptly to tenant issues and work proactively to resolve any problems. Conduct regular inspections and ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Flexible Work Arrangement If Saturday inspections are required, time off can be arranged during the week (time in lieu). Communication and Customer Service Interact daily with tenants to handle their concerns and provide a high level of service. Prior experience in customer service is highly valued. Administrative and Operational Duties Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, communications, and maintenance tasks. Ensure adherence to relevant property legislation and company standards. Collaborate with building management and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management. Must demonstrate a proactive and self-driven attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with tenants. Good customer service background is an advantage. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred but not essential. A current Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate is required. What’s On Offer?
