Your new role- Tender Coordinator Address client questions and complete questionnaires accurately and promptly ensure company compliance. Create engaging presentations to showcase the company’s services. Design and update brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. Help with creating commercial proposals and technical documents to support tender submissions. Maintain and organize the tender library to ensure easy access to documents and templates. Ensure all tender-related information is up-to-date and tracked in the CRM system. Support client and internal request as needed Help to generate reports. Support to Keep Tender & Marketing Library Updated Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health & safety targets. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you MUST possess: Diploma or First Degree or relevant experience Experience in Logistics / Marketing / Business Administration Strong Communication skills Tender Coordinator experience Complete understanding of company values Fluent English spoken and written IT – Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilities Proven decision-making capabilities Eager to learn Supply Chain business models Ability to represent the Company at all levels and to build strong client and customer relationships Creativity and Innovation Commitment and Passion Exceptional oral and written communication skills Physically capable of national / international travel and safely accessing operating / construction sites if required.
