Nour Restaurant is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic front-of-house team and maintain the high standards that define our Middle Eastern-inspired dining experience in Sydney. About the Role As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff and resources. You will play a key role in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service Develop and implement service procedures and standards Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Manage bookings, floor plans, and service flow to maximise covers and customer satisfaction Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements Prepare and manage staff rosters, timesheets, and payroll coordination Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service Monitor and report on financial performance, budgeting, and cost control Promote a positive and professional work culture Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a premium or high-volume venue Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations Experience with POS systems and reservations platforms Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment RSA certification (NSW) required Permanent Full Time role with $75K - $90K (plus super) If you believe you would be a good fit for our team, please send your resume and contact details to the details attached.
