ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Supervisor to join our client in New South Wales. Our client is a specialist in piling, shoring walls, and basement construction, known for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality foundation solutions for complex earthworks projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee piling operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Supervise and guide piling teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution. Inspect and manage piling equipment and materials to ensure they are operational and available. Maintain comprehensive records of piling activities and project progress. Provide hands-on guidance and resolve issues as they arise on site. Requirements: 10 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in civil infrastructure projects. Strong background in piling and ground improvement techniques. Expertise in methods such as CFA, Kelly piles, Bored piles, Driven piles, and Diaphragm walls. Deep understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards. Proven ability to work alongside Project Managers to drive project success. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary: $140k–$160k base super.
