THE ROLE As the People Partner, you will be the bridge between business leaders and the People and Wellbeing division. Your role will involve embedding yourself within the business as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with leaders to understand their HR needs and drive people initiatives that enhance engagement and productivity. You will play a key role in operationalising the People and Wellbeing strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of HR processes that align with organisational goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with business leaders to deliver people solutions and initiatives aligned with operational and strategic goals. Support leaders in developing their teams, promoting employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture. Drive HR initiatives such as workforce planning, employee relations, and engagement activities. Provide expert advice on HR matters including compensation, benefits, performance, and industrial relations. Investigate misconduct and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Support change management by identifying key drivers for change and working with leaders to implement them successfully. Analyze people data to provide actionable insights that inform HR strategies and improve business outcomes. THE CANDIDATE We are seeking a proactive People Partner with strong relationship-building skills and a track record of supporting HR initiatives in dynamic environments. If you are someone who excels at relationship building, comes with a strong background in generalist HR and is passionate about driving people-focused solutions, this could be the ideal role for you! Key qualifications and skills include: Experience in a similar position such as People & Culture or Human Resources Business Partner/Advisor, providing broad operational support and advice in a generalist role. Experience leading and working within teams and business leader to deliver People and Wellbeing initiatives. Experience in leading or supporting the implementation of organisational change and transformation. An in-depth understanding of current employment and workplace legislation and modern business practices, with experience providing quality advice in a complex organisation. Experience in analysing, gaining and communicating insights on People datasets to inform People strategies and initiatives.
