Job Description As our Practice Manager, you will: Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice. Support and develop our front office and administrative teams. Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction. Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care. Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service. Qualifications Previous experience in dental management is desirable. Certificate III or IV in Dental is advantageous. Experience in the day-to-day running of a practice is desirable. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams. Ability to help deliver local marketing initiatives to drive new patient numbers and growth. Proven business capabilities in reception and administrative functions. Success in driving business growth and maximizing profitability. Ability to identify process improvements and implement strategies to enhance patient experiences. High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; OASIS Dental Software experience is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to run front desk when required.
