Job Description This role is a 9-month parental leave cover. The Director of Digital Marketing will develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across our global organization (NA & ANZ). This leader will collaborate with senior management to drive customer identification, acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven digital media and web marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes improving operational efficiency and customer experience through targeted, personalized communications. The individual will lead a team of website and digital marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with business strategies and measurable outcomes. They should possess deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, and be capable of building a long-term data and analytics capability. This senior leadership position involves interaction with executive leadership and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Establish end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with global and regional goals; collaborate with management; set best practices for marketing automation and digital channels; develop evaluation criteria for initiatives. Global Digital Strategy and Execution: Define objectives; lead global digital campaigns; maintain web assets; oversee web strategy supporting sales and online transactions; guide regional marketing teams; coordinate with digital agencies. Budgeting and Performance: Manage global digital marketing budget; report on campaign outcomes; test and optimize web strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team; build capabilities and talent to support growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications 10-15 years in digital media, demand generation, web management, with proven success in global campaigns. Experience leading international teams managing channels like website, search, social, display. Knowledge of CRM, A/B testing, persona journeys, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred). Strong web analytics skills (Google Analytics) and proficiency in digital reporting. Advanced Salesforce CRM skills; experience with BI tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Storyblok, Adobe Experience Manager. Knowledge of ANZ and NA markets is a plus.
