We’ve been serving up good vibes and great food for over a decade. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full time Chef. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with planning and organising the preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen. Assists Head Chef with planning menus and estimating costs; Prepares and cooks a range of Southeast Asian dishes; Orders and receives food supplies; Ensures raw materials and ingredients are in good quality; Minimize food wastage and manage labour costs effectively; Ensure adherence to portion control, quality standards, and presentation for all dishes; Collaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations; Ensures all food is prepared to high standards; Maintains a safe and hygienic kitchen environment; Supervises and trains junior kitchen staff; Discusses food preparation issues with Head Chef, Manager and other kitchen staff; Comply with food hygiene regulations and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
