We're seeking a results-driven Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Specialist with a strong construction background to lead high-value procurement and category management activities across capital works and services. This is a key role in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement are critical. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract management for complex construction-related categories. Develop and implement category and action plans, driving innovation, risk management, and value creation. Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance reviews. Provide expert procurement advice to internal stakeholders and contribute to broader business planning. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and deliver commercial outcomes. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Law, Commerce, or equivalent (MCIPS desirable). Proven procurement and contracting experience, ideally in construction or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AS2124 and AS4300 contracts highly regarded. Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier performance oversight. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Confident working independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
