You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery as you handle emergency plumbing, gas repairs, and installations. Directly report to the Director and contribute to maintaining our reputation for top-notch customer service. You will need to think independently on-site, communicate effectively with clients, and charge appropriately for labour and materials.
