We’re looking for a skilled Data Modeller to play a critical role in designing and governing the data landscape that powers our business. This is a key opportunity for someone passionate about translating complex business needs into robust data models that support long-term data quality, integration, and scalability. What You’ll Do: Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support new and ongoing projects. Define and uphold data modelling standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization. Develop and execute target state data modelling solutions, roadmaps, and transition strategies . Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to align data designs with business needs. Ensure models meet functional and non-functional requirements , including performance, security, and governance. Guide the implementation of data model solutions , working closely with engineers, operations, and analytics teams. Act as a subject matter expert , providing direction on modelling practices and technical design. Research emerging data modelling trends and integrate relevant insights into our strategy. Contribute to the design and evolution of the enterprise data landscape. Lead efforts to improve data model governance and maintain a central modelling repository . Ensure all data models enable accurate, consistent, and timely data sharing, reporting, and analysis . What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in data modelling across various paradigms (Relational, Dimensional, Object-Oriented, NoSQL, etc.) Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, governance , and metadata management . Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions. Ability to drive data modelling strategies and standards across a large organization. Familiarity with tools such as ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, ERwin , or similar. Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
