The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Government Relations Officer to lead and deliver complex legislative reform initiatives. This pivotal position will support the development and implementation of modern, effective legislative solutions that align with strategic policy goals. Working within the Strategic Policy and Legislative Services team, you will be instrumental in navigating government processes, drafting policy and legislative material, and ensuring timely progression of key reforms through the Parliamentary system. You You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in government relations, public policy, or legislative development. You bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills, political acumen, and a collaborative mindset. With experience working in or with government departments, Cabinet processes, or Parliamentary Counsel, you can influence internal and external stakeholders and deliver high-quality policy outcomes in complex environments.
