The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s HR Operations team on a temporary basis (ASO5, up to 3–6 months) . Working closely with the Principal HR Business Partner, you will provide high-quality, proactive HR support across multiple divisions. Key responsibilities include: Developing trusted partnerships across various business units Providing generalist HR advice on performance, policy, and workforce matters Supporting performance enhancement and strategic workforce initiatives Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies Delivering innovative, tailored HR solutions in a fast-paced environment The role is based in the CBD, with occasional travel to nearby metropolitan sites (Glenside and Waite).
