Key Responsibilities: Proactively build relationships with schools and uncover opportunities to support them; Lead virtual product demonstrations that clearly show how we solve real challenges; Own and manage your sales pipeline with structure and confidence; Collaborate with marketing on follow-ups from campaigns and events; Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through trust and value; Share feedback and insights from the field to help shape what we build next; Represent the business at education events and conferences (when needed); Contribute to a team culture focused on learning, growth, and innovation. About You You're a natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and making things happen. Whether it's picking up the phone, running a virtual demo, or following up a lead—you bring energy, confidence, and a clear, professional approach to every interaction. What Makes You a Great Fit: You’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping others and building trust; You bring 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role; You’re confident presenting over video and phone, and great at active listening; You’re proactive, organised, and self-motivated—while always being a team player; You’re curious and consultative in your sales approach, focusing on long-term partnerships; You bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset and genuinely care about client outcomes. Nice to haves: Experience working with or selling into schools, or a background in the education sector; Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, or a related field; Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment (a bonus, not essential). Salary & Location The salary for this role is $75K base uncapped commissions (OTE $125K) super. The ideal candidate will be based in Melbourne and works remotely, with occasional in-person team events throughout the year. However, we are open to candidates from other locations, provided they are available and willing to travel when needed.
