As the key point of contact for employee relations advice, you will support our leaders across Australia with providing high quality advice, guidance and coaching. In this role, you will: Provide advice to the business on various employment matters, including underperformance, disciplinary issues, workplace grievances, managing ill/injured employees and potential terminations Assist our business leaders to understand and apply relevant legislation, Industrial Awards, Agreements, policies and HR practice Contribute to the evolution of our people processes, systems and frameworks Facilitate training to enhance people leader capability Maintain policies, procedures, toolkits and award interpretation resources What’s in your toolkit We are seeking someone who brings dedicated experience in effectively managing day-to-day HR & ER matters with a strong passion for working in this space Strong knowledge and application of: Modern Awards; Employment Contracts; Company Policies; Workplace Legislation; You are a confident and personable relationship builder with a strong track record of building effective relationships and the ability to influence and engage a diverse mix of stakeholders A human focused, problem solving mindset and action orientation Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes, we still encourage you to apply.
