The HR Advisor is responsible for providing professional and timely HR advice, support, and guidance to staff and management across the university. The role focuses on employee relations, industrial relations, safety compliance, policy interpretation, data integrity management, and operational HR matters. You will be responsible for : Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR) Case Suppor t , handling cases related to employee and industrial relations, ensuring fair and effective resolutions. H R Advisory S ervices provide advice and support on HR-related matters to business Performance Management assist in managing employee performance, helping everyone reach their full potential. HR Systems, Data Integrity & Workday Task Management Managing HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and overseeing tasks in Workday. ServiceNow management Handling ServiceNow management to streamline processes and improve efficiency. General HR & Business Partnering Support offering general HR support and partnering with the business to meet goals. We Are Looking For: Demonstrated experience in an HR advisory role or relevant experience Experience in handling employee relations and industrial relations matters. Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday experience preferred). Experience in managing HR data integrity and compliance. Experience in performance management and workplace safety practices. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion. Why join us?
