Position: HR Coordinator (12-month fixed term maternity leave cover) We are looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. What you will do: You will support the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and IHG policies. From keeping accurate employee records to driving a positive workplace culture, you will be a key part of our HR function and team spirit. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintaining up-to-date employee records and HRIS data Assisting with benefits admin and employee enquiries Supporting training sessions, engagement activities, and compliance checks The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or similar Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Strong communication, discretion, and organisational skills A passion for people and delivering True Hospitality Why join us?
