The Company: Our client is a boutique strata management company based in New South Wales, Australia, offering strata and community title management services. The Role As a Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your own portfolio, with an expected load of 30–35 schemes (approx. 1500–2000 lots). The environment is structured to allow you to deliver quality service without being overloaded. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use strata schemes Conduct and chair strata meetings (AGMs, EGMs, committee meetings) Prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and other stakeholders Coordinate maintenance, insurance, compliance, and financial management Maintain records and ensure legislative compliance Work closely with accounts and admin teams to ensure seamless service The Person You’re a confident and experienced Strata Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships while maintaining attention to detail and compliance. You enjoy working autonomously but love being part of a collaborative and professional team.
