Employer - Sydney Seaplane Position : Full Time Location : Rose Bay, NSW Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 a year Sydney Seaplanes has become an iconic feature of Sydney Harbour as they fly above some of the world’s most awe inspiring views. All scenic flights depart from the historic terminal and museum in Rose Bay with daily fly/dine packages to the culinary delights of such waterfront restaurants as the Cottage Point Inn, Peats Bite or Jonah’s at Whale Beach. Sydney Seaplanes is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Cook to join their team. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Confidence in their cooking abilities Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
