Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Solicitor to oversee and enhance our migration services to source international work force. This pivotal role involves delivery of exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload of individual clients, working as part of the corporate internation recruitment and migration team. Designing, developing and implementing innovative and contemporary migration pathways. Provide expert advice to clients and key stakeholders. Working on complex cases, including demand driven, place based employer-sponsored visas, Mentor and support junior immigration advisors and graduates. Communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders and clients. Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients by providing timely, complete and accurate advice and assistance when required. Support key stakeholders and corporate clients with compliance and mandatory reporting obligations. Conduct consultations and assessments with key stakeholders and clients providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa programs, pathways and opportunities. An opportunity to contribute to strategic operational decisions and organisational growth. Quality Assurance, checking visa applications prior to lodgement. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in law or related A minimum of 1 year experience in the similar role Proven experience in a management role, migration services or a related legal field.
