Aquatec Fluid Systems Position : Full Time Location : Shepperton VIC Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 a year About Us: Aquatec Fluid Systems are a leading water innovation partner to the water and wastewater industries. We provide turn-key systems for a wide range of environmental sewerage & water infrastructure solutions, including large scale developments, councils, water authorities. Your New Role: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Draftsperson to own and design multiple water and wastewater pump station projects producing civil and mechanical drawings. You will have the support of a high performing multi-disciplinary team working on a varied and exciting product line. Essential to this role is being able to liaise between multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve the most effective and viable outcomes possible. You would use your highly developed SolidWorks, AutoCAD, engineering, communication, and time management skills to prioritise your workload whilst being able to consistently deliver high quality and accurate designs across multiple projects. Key Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in working with programs such as SolidWorks &/ AutoCAD in a similar industry (working knowledge in AutoCAD is highly preferred) Able to plan and deliver on your commitments with autonomy and across multiple projects simultaneously (essential) Detail focused (essential) Working knowledge on submersible pumps, valves, pipework etc. (essential) Experience and knowledge in the water and wastewater industry (familiarity with WSAA codes, MRWA and SEQ speci cations is highly preferred) Knowledge in pre-cast structural drawings including ability to read rebar detailing etc. is an advantage.
