You will play a pivotal role in shaping our SaaS Product Suite by partnering with stakeholders in presales and account management. This role involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise, demonstrating products, and contributing to solution design. Responsibilities Support sales with architectural knowledge and guidance to drive solutions and value-selling. Respond to technical questions for tenders and bids. Deliver presentations and conduct workshops with customers. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain systems and suggest improvements. Assist in developing sales plans, proposals, and presentations. Apply knowledge of enterprise architecture, SaaS architecture, and integration methods. Present solutions effectively to diverse audiences. Collaborate within cross-functional teams. Understand client needs and tailor responses accordingly. Have a broad understanding of business processes, sales, and ERP software. Qualifications and Requirements Experience in solution positioning, client engagement, and solution design. Knowledge of enterprise and SaaS architecture, integration, and business processes. Strong presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively.
