Your Role As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational leaders across 17 aged care homes. Key Responsibilities: Supporting quarterly budgeting and forecasting. Conducting detailed variance analysis. Preparing financial reports for governance committees. Collaborating with operational leaders to align financial goals. Assisting with month-end financial reporting. What We’re Looking For Skills and Experience: CA/CPA Qualification or equivalent. Advanced financial analysis and exceptional Excel capabilities. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
