We're looking for a high-performing EA / Project Manager to work directly with our CEO. This role goes beyond admin — you'll be driving projects, managing operations, and shaping the future of the business. About the role Support the CEO with calendar, inbox and travel management Oversee the fit-out, construction and launch of new gyms and wellness centres Coordinate with architects, builders, and suppliers Track projects in Monday.com (must be confident using this) Manage budgets, timelines and approvals Lead logistics for new site openings (equipment, access, compliance) Organise meetings, inspections and stakeholder presentations Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels About You 7 years’ experience as an EA to senior execs Strong project coordination experience, ideally in construction or fit-outs Advanced Microsoft Outlook and Monday.com skills – essential A background in PR, Communications, Marketing or similar (a bonus) Super organised, proactive and calm under pressure Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills Able to work independently, prioritise, and say “no” when needed – professionally Why Join Fitness Cartel?
