We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager who is passionate about mine planning, environmental responsibility, and leading high-performing teams through change. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary technical team and ensuring all activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the technical services team across civil, blasting, earthworks, and closure disciplines. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling from concept through to execution. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance standards. Contribute to a positive site culture focused on safety, sustainability, and innovation. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership in a similar role—mining, civil infrastructure, earthworks or closure Strong technical understanding of mine planning, rehabilitation, or large-scale earthworks Tertiary qualifications in engineering (mining or civil), project management, or equivalent What’s on Offer: Competitive salary annual performance bonus.
