As a Service Coordinator within the Security Division, you will be coordinating technician schedules, managing service requests, and providing proactive customer support. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and online portals—providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction Generate and manage service reports, technician performance tracking, and compliance documentation Efficiently plan and allocate daily workloads for field technicians, ensuring optimal coverage and a focus on first-time fixes.
