TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established WA contractor to find an experienced Site Manager who has a wealth of experience delivering high-end fitout projects. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile development, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while managing a team of subcontractors and site personnel. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality. Implement and enforce WHS compliance, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections. Identify and resolve on-site challenges, keeping the project running smoothly. Maintain detailed site records and provide regular updates to management. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on major fitout or refurbishment projects. Ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and coordinate multiple trades effectively. In-depth knowledge of WHS regulations, industry standards, and safety compliance. Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
