TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established residential builder located south of the river to find an experienced Draftsperson . This is a full-time, permanent role suited to someone with strong ArchiCAD skills and a solid understanding of WA residential design standards. You’ll be joining a collaborative design team working across single and double-storey homes. Your Role: Produce accurate working drawings, floor plans, site plans, and elevations Make plan adjustments based on client selections, council feedback, and developer requirements Liaise with prestart, estimating, and construction teams to ensure smooth design delivery Ensure all drawings meet NCC, BCA, Australian Standards, R-Codes, and LDPs Maintain accurate documentation throughout the design and build process What You’ll Bring: Previous drafting experience in WA’s residential construction sector Proficiency in ArchiCAD (v25 or higher preferred) Strong knowledge of WA planning codes and compliance standards Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced team Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights are essential What’s On Offer: $90K Super (dependent on experience) Secure, full-time role in a design-led, reputable company Diverse project exposure across both custom and volume home builds A friendly, structured work environment with ongoing development How to Apply: Send your CV to applications@tenrecruit.com.au or contact us on (08) 6118 2278 for a confidential discussion.
