The Program is Australia's largest ever eradication program and the world's largest ant eradication program and this role works closely with the other areas of the program including science, strategy, innovation, business services, field operations, compliance, and community engagement. Eradicating fire ants is a national priority, and this is your opportunity to join us and make a real difference for our communities who have had their lifestyle and livelihood impacted by this super pest.
In this exciting role, you will bring your diverse skill set and leadership expertise to deliver the functions of:
- Program governance and design
- Program risk and assurance
- Change communications
- Project management
You will drive a culture of performance excellence and improvement and ways of working, to manage the integrity of the NFAEPs purpose, objectives, andstrategic goals.
