We're seeking a capable and hands-on Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager to take the lead in coordinating and overseeing our accounting operations across billing, supplier payments, and team workflow. In this role, you’ll supervise a small but capable team of three admin staff, bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to our operational and admin processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing, receipting, supplier payments, and forecasting of both. While our banking and cash flow processes are already tightly managed, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and keep everything running smoothly — from reconciling monthly planned forecasts to actual activity and aligning our internal processes and systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational clarity, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys bringing out the best in a team through structure and leadership. You will be working within an experienced administration team including our office administrator / accounts receivable manager, purchasing /administration assistant, managing director and also our senior external Accountant at KPMG, who will be available for any accounting related support required. Skills and experience We use Xero for our accounts software and experience in this package is essential Experience and competency with Excel is a must and competency with Office 365 is highly desirable Proven experience with managing an Accounts Receivable and Payable operational team
