About The Role Join the Group Finance Team at Infinite Care providing technical accounting support and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting which will support internal management needs as well as statutory reporting requirements. This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide expert accounting guidance on transactions and operational activities, assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries, and support a smooth external audit process—all in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in audit or financial reporting—potentially from a Big 4 or mid-tier environment—who are seeking broader exposure, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a purpose-driven organisation. Working in a hybrid role may be on offer for the right candidate with WFH potentially 2 days per week and 3 days per week in the office once full training has been provided.
