The Opportunity We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our Melbourne-based Finance team. This role is instrumental in supporting the financial integration of our Australian operations with Ayesa’s global systems, particularly in SAP. The successful candidate will also take on responsibilities aligned with financial control and project support. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and financial reports Upload and reconcile financial data within Ayesa’s global SAP system Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across business units Contribute to financial integration initiatives and group reporting requirements Provide financial insights and analysis to support internal stakeholders Assist with project tracking and cost analysis Maintain accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls Liaise with international finance teams to support alignment and data consistency Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (with coursework in accounting or financial management preferred) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join ADP?
