This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information across multiple projects. If you have a passion for numbers and a knack for managing complex financial transactions, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Processing: Accurately record and enter all financial transactions into the accounting software, focusing on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions. Bank Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for company and project bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany loans. Debt Management: Record and reconcile debt facilities, calculate interest costs, and manage monthly reconciliations. Accounts Payable: Verify and process invoices, manage supplier payments, and resolve queries efficiently. Revenue Processing: Handle revenue transactions, including property sales and other project-related income. Business Activity Statements: Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements, ensuring GST accounts are reconciled monthly. Reporting: Produce accurate financial and management reports on a monthly and ad-hoc basis. Year-end Audit Assistance: Support the year-end audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Experience managing accounting across multiple entities is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of project accounting principles, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
