Construction Project Manager **(Austin, TX) - Full Time**
Work as Project Manager for a custom house builder. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of custom homes. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, tracking timelines and milestones for various phases of construction. Lead daily project planning and operational oversight, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Manage and build relationships with contractors, ensuring clarity in communication and alignment with project needs. Document and capture each stage of construction through video and photography to support marketing efforts and sales readiness. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track project communications, and streamline workflow processes. Develop comprehensive project schedules with Gantt charts for effective deadline management and project tracking.
Primary Position Requirements
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related.
Daily travel to unanticipated construction sites within the state of Texas required. The employer will provide free transportation to these sites and back from the employer's main work location.
Alternate Position Requirements
High School or GED plus 24 months of experience in job offered or as Project Manager or related.
