Evra Newstead is seeking passionate and experienced Bartenders, Wait Staff, Hosts and Hospitality Professionals to join our vibrant team in Newstead, QLD 4006. As a casual hospitality professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer needs
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment
Assisting with stock management and inventory control as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as bartending, waitressing or hosting
A passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
