Evra in Newstead is looking for a new bar manager, we are a brand new venue that hasnt opened yet and are focusing on nostalgic, warm, farm to table casual fine dining.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the bar team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise wastage
- Create and maintain beverage menus, ensuring they align with customer preferences and Evra's vision
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the bar team
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the bar

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar management or similar hospitality supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using data analysis tools to track and optimise bar performance
- Thorough understanding of liquor licensing regulations and food safety standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
