The role will involve:
- Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week
- 38 hours a week + paid overtime
- Has previous experience within a busy restaurant or quality hotel
- Is interested in classical techniques and learning more about authentic European cuisine
- Wants to challenge themselves in a high volume kitchen and has the enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team
We’re looking for a who:
- Is approachable and has the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team
- Has strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Has 2 years previous experience working in a standards focused restaurant or hotel
