Overview
The VP, GM for APAC will play a key role in the overall growth & profitability of our APAC operations. This leader is responsible for all operations across APAC, with a focus on growing our businesses, while always improving the experience we offer to our customers.
The primary responsibility for this role is to own the vision, strategy and plan for how we will win market leadership in the region. Your leadership team will include leaders that own Sales, Marketing, Analytics, HR, Finance, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success. What you'll bring
- Proven track record in commercial and general management roles
- Experience leading leaders, and of complex matrix environment
- Experience with selling and marketing to consumers/ small businesses or mid-market businesses
- Extensive experience in launching offerings in a new market and scaling a business
- Background in customer insight, multi-channel marketing, and sales
- Demonstrated strength in building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams
- High tolerance for ambiguity, and embraces challenges
- A strategic thinker with a data-backed vision, grit, and determination

- Define and execute a vision for Intuit in the APAC region to power prosperity, and become an employer of choice
- Create the durable vision and plan for how we will achieve market leadership in APAC
- Own and execute the 3-year commercial growth plan to scale across all products and customer segments in APAC
- Champion the needs of the APAC business with respect to product and platform investments
- Create a best-in-class APAC organization, with best-in-class execution
- Contribute as a member of the International LT to solve product and GTM issues that may surface across our International business
