Your Mission
You will take full ownership of projects—
from pre-construction planning to final punch list—acting as both
Project Manager and
Superintendent. You’ll be
on-site and off-site, managing the build, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality, and solving problems before they show up.

- A veteran of the field – 5 to 10+ years in residential, commercial, or government construction.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5- 10+ years of hands-on field and/or PM experience
- OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable with site layout, permitting, inspections, and punch-out
- Knows the complete sequential construction process from start to finish.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and timelines without constant oversight
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong technology skills: BuilderTrend, Procore, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
Bonus Points For
- Experience on military bases or Corps of Engineers projects
- Government contracting background (QCM, EM 385-1-1 familiarity)
- General Contractor’s License (or pursuing)
- Previous experience with design-build firms or luxury custom home builders
