We're seeking a Multi Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, lead passionate teams, and ensure our venues run smoothly and profitably. This is an exciting, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong operational insight, people management skills, and a genuine love for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations across all three venues, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Support and develop venue managers and their teams — lead by example, coach regularly, and foster a positive team culture.
Drive financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and analyze KPIs.
Work closely with the head chef, supervisors, and events team to deliver seamless guest experiences across dining, bar, and event services.
Ensure each venue meets licensing, safety, and compliance standards.
Collaborate on marketing and promotions to increase bookings, foot traffic, and brand visibility.
Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and ordering processes.
You Bring:
Proven experience in managing hospitality venues.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Solid understanding of F&B operations, event planning, and customer service best practices.
Financial acumen — experience managing budgets, rosters, and P&Ls.
Hands-on attitude with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events.
