French for ‘kiss kiss’, Bisou Bisou is fashioned on the ground floor of the luxurious Hotel X and in the heart of Brisbane’s dining scene. Bisou Bisou is adding a modern twist to the traditional and comforting flavours of a French style brasserie.
Reporting to the Venue Manager & Restaurant Mangement. Team members will be responsible for the following:
- Greeting guests
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Coffee knowledge essential
- Mixing and serving drinks
- Providing excellent service
- Al La Carte Dinning experience
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
