Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing construction sites to ensure adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of construction activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in architectural site supervision or construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in project management software or tools is a plus
- Based in Miami
