Position Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to support the Executive Leader of Connections and Liveability in managing their time effectively by offering confidential, reliable, and efficient secretarial and administrative support.

The Executive Assistant will also conduct research and manage special projects as directed by the Executive Leader.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who demonstrates, through behaviour, an alignment and an understanding of our values and has the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Corporate writing and editing skills including the ability to draft letters, correspondence and briefs to a high standard
Communicate and Engage: demonstrates self-awareness & encourages open discussions & contributions from others
Proven history of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships with people from a variety of government, commercial and community backgrounds.
Ability to respond to multiple issues and requests and coordinate and organise activities at the same time.
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to ensure adherence to policies and procedure.
