Junior Architect:

1-3 years of experience
Strong AutoCAD proficiency
Field measure and document existing buildings and conditions.
Draft schematic, design development and construction document packages.
Prepare and assemble schematic, design development and construction document drawing packages.
Prepare of presentation drawings.
Coordinate project design and details between clients, consulting engineers and staff.
Assist with the administration of construction phase services.
Manage all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.
Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

Requirements for all positions:

Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated analytical and technical experience in above job description.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
