Position Summary:

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and reliable Bar Back to join our rooftop bar team. You’ll play a vital support role, ensuring our bar runs like clockwork and our bartenders are set up for success. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in hospitality and be part of a high-energy, premium venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders by restocking spirits, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and storage areas
Collect and polish glassware and bar tools throughout service
Dispose of rubbish and manage recycling efficiently
Refill ice wells and maintain bar hygiene standards
Support with end-of-night pack-down and bar prep for the next day
Follow all workplace health and safety protocols

Availability to work nights and weekends
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (or willingness to obtain)
