Description The Role As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective administration support, processes, onboarding and induction of the Labour Hire operations across Maxima. You Will: Oversee the national administration of recruitment, onboarding and induction processes for labour hire employees Ensure that all induction processes meet legal and regulatory onboarding requirements Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Services Team across all stages of the recruitment process Search CV databases, SEEK and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Assist consultants with vacancy management and interview scheduling Engage proactively with candidates, delivering an excellent candidate experience Manage compliance requirements and monitor candidate and worker documentation to ensure ongoing adherence Follow-up outstanding timesheets to ensure employee pays are submitted on time Monitor incoming enquiries via shared inboxes and ensure efficient and timely responses Organise and update new client rates and proposals Produce and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to ensure audit readiness and to support compliance with standards and other regulatory frameworks Lead and assist with the implementation and improvement of systems and processes Skills And Experiences About You You are passionate about driving operational efficiency and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. You have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills A proactive, positive and resilient approach High attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Current driver’s licence You may also have: Certificate III/IV or higher in Business, Project manager, Business Administration or related qualifcation(s). Experience in Business, Administration, Business Improvement, Project Management, Operations or related field(s).
