We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment. About the role We are seeking a full-time cook to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring food safety, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering excellent dining experience. Key responsibilities include: Preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes in accordance with our menu. Monitoring food quality and presentation standards. Assisting in menu planning, portion control, and stock rotation. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Complying with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements. Working cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff. About you Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a Cook. Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Cookery/hospitality Qualification required.
