Manage materials, equipment, and labor costs, ensuring budgets stay on track. Develop clear and concise scopes for successful project execution. Champion WHS compliance and foster a culture of ‘Zero Harm’. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless workflow. What You Bring To The Table Trade qualification or equivalent experience HR License Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain) Hands-on skills in construction and maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A safety-first mindset and a positive attitude About Us At Aestec Services, we don’t just build – we lead.
