About the role This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional overtime available Key Responsibilities Slicing, trimming, and cutting meat to required specifications Identifying and working with various cuts of meat Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Adhering to workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures Assisting with general production and processing duties as required Contributing to a productive and efficient work environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Knife Hand, Meat Processor, Butcher, or similar role Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat Proven ability to safely and efficiently use knives and cutting equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards A proactive attitude with the ability to show initiative Excellent personal hygiene and food safety awareness A strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done Reliable transport and a dependable attendance record What's on Offer?
